The Night Sky Accelerator empowers exceptional founders to deploy commercial products with infrastructure-level privacy features built for mass adoption. The program connects market-aware teams with mentors offering deep technical and business expertise to accelerate early-stage company development. Ecosystem support and sophisticated subject matter expertise positions founders to secure capital within six months of completing the program.

The 10-week program is designed for teams with strong conviction, market insight and ambition to scale, helping them turn a well-defined vision into a commercially viable, growth-ready company.
Dedicated mentorship from Midnight Foundation solution engineers and external industry experts guides participants through weekly technical and business checkpoints. The curriculum prioritizes execution, focusing development entirely on market adoption, fundraising and real user validation to build durable businesses.

Eligibility
Application Criteria
1. Company Stage
Pre-seed, seed, or series A. Incorporated entities with early traction or product-market fit validation are preferred.
2. Regions
Global. Teams must manage timezone differences for smooth program progression and possess business-level English proficiency.
3. Team Skills/Competence
Minimum of two founders (no solo projects). A dedicated technical lead is preferred. Prior startup experience is an advantage.
4. Tech Readiness
A live minimum viable product (MVP) with a clear demand for privacy component is required. Prior experience with UTXO blockchains is preferred.
5. Financial health
Applicants must provide a capitalization table, cash flow forecast, and profit and loss statement.
